What is a Form ID?
Form ID is an element residing within our Organisational forms. When added to the Scope of Work template, it creates a dynamic connection between the form and the Scope of Work item.
Discover how it enforces completion, ensuring that a responsible person can't mark the item as complete without filling out the form. Plus, explore the seamless functionality of automatic updates, guaranteeing that the latest form is always attached to the Scope of Work item.

- Save your changes and make sure that your Form is published. Now, you will have to insert the ID name into your Scope of Work template - it can be your Organizational template if you'd like to have it available for future projects. You just have to insert the ID in "required form ID" field:

How does it work?
After successfully connecting your form to the Scope of Work (SoW) items, the assigned individual for the SoW item will notice a required form for that item on their mobile app. They can fill it out by clicking on the form icon:
.
It is essential to note that they will not be able to complete the SoW until they have completed this mandatory form.
