Highlights:
- Documents Submittals (Part of Partial Release)
- We now support parallel approvals allowing document controllers to send out approvals in parallel rather than the previous sequential flow allowing for drastically quicker submittals proccees
- Upon rework of submittal we now allow for an easy option for document controllers to send the reworked document out to all approvals in one swift click
- Forms - Users can now designate which folder the form should be saved to in the documents module. This selection is remembered so that every future instance of this form type will be saved to the designated folder
- Image Module
- Gallery Module now explicitly indicates which images are private and which are public making it easier for users to manage access
- Timeline now has search option, allowing users to search for images based on title and also properties of module it belongs to. For example if you have an issue called broken window, you can search for broken window, timeline will return images related to that issue.
- Reports Improvements
- SoW Report now has description field allowing report generators to provide a written narrative to the report
- Optimized report front page so that all reports including front page are much smaller in storage size making it easier to send reports via email
- Updated formatting in excel form report to now format date fields as dates
- Updated formatting of duration in check-ins report to make it easier to summarize data
- Tender Package - Users can now designate if award date is mandatory when creating tender packages
- Improvements to SoW Importer - Importer now supports more date formats
- Variations / Change Requests - Users can now turn off all default types
- Time Cards - Improved UX when tracking time

- When adding a new revision the document list doesn't automatically update.
