Inviting members to a project
Inviting members into a project requires billing information to be set up, either through an organization, or through the billing page in your project.
Web
1. Enter the project where you want to add members
2. Click Members in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen
3. Click Invite members in the top right
4. Enter the email of the person(s) you want to invite, and select a role.
If you are only inviting one member, you can also add a comment, first, and last name.
If inviting more than one person, they must all be given the same role.
Suggested members will appear once you have invited someone, and will show the most invited users from your account, giving you a "one-click" invitation method to invite them into other projects with the same role.
5. The user now invited, and you can view the invitation by selecting the Invited tab. Here you can also re-send the invitation if it where to get lost, or cancel it entirely if it was done in error.
If you are signed into Fonn on your mobile device, you will also receive a push-notification when the invitation is accepted.
Android
1. Tap on the project where you want to invite members
2. Tap Members
3. Tap on the Plus-icon in the upper right corner.
4. Enter the email of the person you want to invite, and tap Invite
5. Select a role for the new member
6. You can see any pending invitation at the top of the members list.
iOS
1. Tap on the project where you want to invite members
2. Tap Members
3. Tap on the Three dots in the upper right corner, and select Invite.
4. Enter the email of the person you want to invite, and tap Invite
5. Select a role for the new member
6. You are now given confirmation that the invitation has been sent
