Form Template Fields

Text input

- Single line free text input.

Text Area

- Free text input with a maximum of 4000 characters.

Large Text Area

- Large free text input with a maximum of 7000 characters.

Date Input

- Date selector.

Cost Input

- Numbers only input, with buttons for adding or subtracting 1 from the total.

Checkboxes

- User chooses any number of the options provided. 
Boxes are shown horizontaly.

Vertical Checkboxes

- User chooses any number of the options provided. 
Boxes are shown vertically in a filled out form.

Vertical Radio Buttons

- User chooses one of the options provided. 
Boxes are shown vertically in a filled out form.

Radio Buttons

- User chooses one of the options provided. 
Boxes are shown horizontaly.

Current Date

- Shows the current date without any input from the user.

Image Field

- Lets the user upload a single image into the form. Image is shown under the image field after publishing, unlike attachment images which are added at the bottom.

Divider

- A horizontal line across the form, providing space between fields.

Label

- The label is not present while user is filling out the form. Used for adding text to a complete form.
