Review Time Cards:
Open the Time Card module, which defaults to the All Users view for managers.
Expand employee entries to show the details at the right of the ‘Total logged’ column.
Editing time Cards:
Until a Time Card is submitted for approval, a manager can edit time on behalf of an employee.
To edit time on any activity, click into the time field for that day and enter the updated time.
To add an activity, use the “Add activity +” button to find and add any activity that should be added for that employee; save the activity when it has been added.
Approve or Reject Time Cards:
If the time tracks are correct, use the green check ✓; if not, the red X to reject.
