Fixes:
- Tapping the 'Show' button on offline documents no longer causes the app to crash (Android)
- Closing the app during document upload no longer causes some documents to be duplicated (iOS)
- User is now properly redirected to the document after downloading a document (iOS)
- Removing a form instance now updates the form instance counter (iOS)
